Run, but right!
Everyone knows what running or jogging is. But, do you know you really should run, that you take care of your joints and breathe properly? You can learn all of this on your sport holiday in BEWEGTE BERGE. We will show you special technique training.
The sessions take place in the great outdoor and take 30 minutes. You can book sessions with or without video analysis. If you want to improve your running style – video alalysis is the right instrument for that. You will be filmed running and your running techniques will be analysed. With help from a special program, we will discuss the changes that need to be made to optimize your running techniques.
The best is – jump into your running shoes, the nicest pathes lay directly in front of our property.
With trail running, you don`t run on asphalted pathes. You run through nature – wooded pathes and stone. The location of BEWEGTE BERGE offers just that. Put your running shoes on, out the door and off we go!
You can participate in either private or group trainings for up to 12 people. The sessions include a warm up and cool down and depending on your fitness level take from 45 minutes up to a few hours. In a personal talk we can clarify before hand an exact training plan for your holiday.
